摘  要:以攀西地区钛铁矿电炉冶炼法制备的钛渣为对象,结合CaO-MgO-SiO2三元相图,采用X射线荧光光谱仪、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜研究不同冷却方式对钛渣的矿物组成、显微结构、元素分布规律的影响。结果表明:采用空气缓慢冷却时,钛渣中MgO与TiO_(2)形成黑钛石,其他杂质元素主要形成透辉石(CaMgSi_(2)O_(6))和镁方柱石(Ca_(2)MgSi_(2)O_(7))。而采用水淬冷却时,颗粒整体分散度较均匀,钛渣中硅主要以二硅酸钙(CaSi_(2)O_(5))形态和玻璃质相互包融成一种复合体形态,与黑钛石相互嵌合分布。水淬冷却钛渣在酸浸过程中脱钙效果明显改善,经碱性脱硅后可获得脱钙率为94.26%、CaO、SiO_(2)和TiO_(2)成分含量分别为0.12%、0.49%、90.1%的富钛料。Using the titanium slag prepared by electric furnace smelting of ilmenite in Panxi area as the object,based on the ternary phase diagram of CaO-MgO-SiO_(2),the mineral composition,microstructure and element distribution of the titanium slags cooled by different methods were systematically studied using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.The results show that MgO and TiO_(2)in titanium slag form titanium during natural cooling,and other impurity elements mainly form diopside(CaMgSi_(2)O_(6))and magnesium and alusite(Ca_(2)MgSi_(2)O_(7)).While,for the water quenched titanium slag,the overall dispersion of slag particles is relatively uniform,and silicon mainly exists in the form of calcium disilicate(CaSi_(2)O_(5)),combining with the glass for each other to form a complex,which is embedded and distributed with black titanium.Moreover,the decalcification efficiency of water quenched cooling titanium slag in the acid leaching process is significantly enhanced.After alkaline desilication,the decalcification rate is 94.26%,and the contents of CaO,SiO_(2),and TiO_(2)are 0.12%,0.49%and 90.1%,respectively.
