摘  要:为了确定杂质金属铊对锌电沉积的影响及其在锌电沉积过程中的行为,对Zn-Tl-H_(2)O体系的热力学进行了计算;并绘制了不同温度时Zn-H_(2)O系的φ−pH图、不同Tl+浓度时Tl-H_(2)O系的φ−pH图和铊羟基配离子分率ɑn−pH图以及Zn-Tl-H_(2)O系的φ−pH图;从热力学角度分析了Tl+浓度和pH值对锌电沉积过程的影响。结果表明锌电沉积过程受温度的影响不大,36℃时阴极Zn^(2+)的还原pH值小于5.677。水溶液中金属铊只能以Tl^(+)形态稳定存在,在锌电沉积过程中Tl^(+)可与Zn^(2+)发生共沉积,且随着Tl^(+)浓度的增加,Tl^(+)直接还原为Tl的过程变得更容易。In order to determine the effect of impurity thallium(Tl)on zinc electrodeposition and its behavior during electrodeposition,the thermodynamics of Zn-Tl-H_(2)O system were calculated.Theφ−pH diagrams of Zn-H_(2)O under different temperatures and Tl-H_(2)O system under different Tl+concentrations,theαn−pH diagram of thallium hydroxyl complex ion,and theφ−pH diagram of Zn-Tl-H_(2)O system were plotted.The effects of Tl^(+)concentration and pH on the zinc electrodeposition were analyzed on the basis of thermodynamics.The results show that the zinc electrodeposition is minimally affected by temperature,whereas the pH value of Zn^(2+)→Zn reduction at 36℃must be less than 5.677.In aqueous solution,Tl^(+)is the only stable thallium species.Tl^(+)can co-deposit with Zn^(+)during zinc electrodeposition,and the reduction of Tl^(+)to Tl is easier with the increase of Tl^(+)concentration.
