摘　　要：自“一带一路”倡议提出以来,以中央企业为代表的一大批中国企业走出国门,以国际项目为依托,让中国技术“走出去”。在此类项目的签署和实施过程中,翻译者作为中外沟通的桥梁,是企业实力和能力的展现者。该文以埃及斋月十日城铁路项目为例,论述在“一带一路”背景下土木工程国际项目翻译者的必备素养,同时为高校培养此类成熟翻译者提供建议。After the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward,a large number of Chinese enterprises represented by central enterprises have gone abroad,relying on international projects to let Chinese technology go global.In the process of signing and implementing such projects,translators,as a bridge of communication between China and foreign countries,are the people showing the strength and capabilities of enterprises.Taking the 10th of Ramadan Railway Project in Egypt as an example,this paper discusses the necessary qualities of translators for international civil engineering projects under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,and also provides suggestions for colleges and universities to cultivate such mature translators.
