摘 要:通过盐雾箱模拟高原湿寒环境分析V/Nb微合金化HRB500钢的腐蚀行为,采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、显微拉曼光谱和电化学工作站,对试样的微观组织、夹杂物、腐蚀产物成分及形貌进行研究,结果表明:钢筋的微观组织由珠光体和铁素体组成,抗拉强度达到597 MPa,夹杂物主要为氧化铝和氮化钛。在12 h时夹杂物诱导点蚀发生形成点蚀坑,120 h时点蚀逐步扩展为局部腐蚀,腐蚀产物主要由α-FeOOH、Fe_(3)O_(4)、γ-FeOOH和γ-Fe_(2)O_(3)组成,其中α-FeOOH和Fe_(3)O_(4)的含量相对较高,导致锈层更加致密,使得钢筋的防腐性能提高。The corrosion behavior of V/Nb microalloyed HRB500 steel was analyzed by simulating the plateau wet and cold environment with a salt spray box.The microstructure,inclusions,corrosion product composition and morphology of the samples were studied by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction,micro Raman spectra and electrochemical workstation.The results show that the microstructure of the steel bar is composed of pearlite and ferrite,the tensile strength reaches 597 MPa,and the inclusions are mainly aluminium oxide and titanium nitride.For 12 hours,the inclusions induce pitting corrosion and form pitting pits.For 120 hours,the pitting corrosion gradually expands to local corrosion.The corrosion products are mainly composed ofα-FeOOH,Fe_(3)O_(4),γ-FeOOH andγ-Fe_(2)O_(3).The content ofα-FeOOH and Fe_(3)O_(4)is relatively high,which leads to a denser rust layer and improves the corrosion resistance performance of the steel bar.
