摘 要:为延长建筑物使用寿命、提升建筑物结构安全,文章以高强自密实混凝土作为分析目标,对其在冻融循环作用下的抗冻耐久性展开研究。分别选取不同配比与初始抗压强度的高强自密实混凝土进行抗冻耐久性试验,采用快速冻融试验设备、动弹性模量测试仪以及电液伺服压力试验机辅助完成试验。构建冻融循环试验具体流程,利用动弹性模量、质量损失以及表面损伤情况,评价混凝土在冻融循环作用下的抗冻耐久性能。研究结果表明:高强自密实混凝土动弹性模量与冻融循环次数呈反比关系,抗冻耐久性能与混凝土材料用量为负相关,质量损失率由吸入水分质量与被动混凝土浮渣质量关系决定,有效提升抗冻耐久性能够在一定程度上延长混凝土的使用寿命。In order to prolong the service life of buildings and improve the safety of building structures,the frost resistance durability of high-strength self-compacting concrete under freeze-thaw cycles was studied.The frost resistance durability test of high-strength self-compacting concrete with different proportions and initial compressive strength was carried out.The rapid freeze-thaw test equipment,dynamic elastic modulus tester and electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine were used to assist the test.The specific process of freeze-thaw cycle test was constructed,and the frost resistance durability performance of the concrete under freeze-thaw cycles was evaluated by using dynamic elastic modulus,mass loss and surface damage.The results show that the dynamic elastic modulus of high-strength self-compacting concrete is inversely proportional to the number of freeze-thaw cycles,and the frost resistance durability is negatively correlated with the amount of concrete materials.The mass loss rate is determined by the relationship between the quality of inhaled water and the quality of passive concrete scum.Effectively improving the frost resistance durability can prolong the service life of concrete to a certain extent.
