摘　　要：随着大量人口涌入城市,城市交通问题得到社会的广泛关注。因城市地铁具备噪声小、流量大等优点,各大城市开始申请和修建地铁,以缓解城市人流过大导致的交通堵塞问题。如何在地铁建设过程中降低施工成本,提高经济效益,实现利润最大化,将是施工企业不断探索的课题。文章以北京地铁17号线某项目为例,通过对地铁施工特点、施工成本管控重难点等方面的分析和研究,提出了目前地铁施工成本管控存在的问题,并针对问题提出了合理的应对措施。希望通过分析与研究,为城市地铁施工成本管控提供新的思路和方法。With the influx of a large number of people into the city,urban traffic problems have received extensive attention from the society.Due to the advantages of low noise and large flow of urban subways,many cities have begun to apply for and build subways to alleviate traffic congestion caused by excessive pedestrian flow.How to reduce construction cost,improve economic efficiency and realize profit maximization in the process of subway construction will be the subject of continuous exploration by construction enterprises.Taking a project of Beijing Metro Line 17 as an example,through the analysis and research on the characteristics of subway construction and the key and difficult points of construction cost control,problems existing in the current subway construction cost control and reasonable countermeasures are put forward.It is hoped to provide new ideas and methods for the cost control of urban subway construction through analysis and research.
