摘 要:港口和码头工程建设是企业与国家经济发展的重要驱动力,而混凝土作为港航工程的主要材料被广泛应用,混凝土的质量成为保证港航工程质量的关键,如果混凝土结构受力不合理,会导致人员伤亡和巨大经济损失。文章首先阐述了几种混凝土的常见病害,包括裂缝、空鼓和蜂窝,然后从材料选择和生产过程两方面提出混凝土质量控制方法,接着分析了港航工程中混凝土施工存在的问题并提出了相应的优化对策,以此为港口和码头工程中的混凝土质量控制提供方法参考。The construction of port and wharf engineering is an important driving force for the economic development of enterprises and countries,and concrete is widely used as the main material of port and shipping engineering.The quality of concrete has become the key to ensuring the quality of port and shipping engineering.If the stress of concrete structure is unreasonable,it will lead to casualties and huge economic losses.Firstly,several common diseases of concrete are expounded,including cracks,hollowing and honeycomb.Then,the concrete quality control methods are put forward from two aspects of material selection and production process.Subsequently,the problems existing in concrete construction in port and shipping engineering are analyzed and the corresponding optimization countermeasures are put forward,so as to provide reference for concrete quality control in port and wharf engineering.
