摘  要:文章依托广州市白云区某污水管线缺陷修复工程,针对传统开挖修复技术在老城区的应用限制,以及面临的施工管道上穿地铁与电缆隧道的复杂工况,探讨采用非开挖修复中的顶管施工。利用Peck经验公式估算地面沉降及其对周边隧道的变形压力,得到施工过程对土体扰动区域内管线隧道最大变形量为1.42 mm、地铁隧道最大变形为0.80 mm,精确反映顶管施工对周边隧道土层产生的影响。利用高压旋喷桩、工作井逆作法两种土层稳定技术减少施工过程对周围土体的扰动影响,保障现场的施工质量与安全。Based on the defect repair engineering of a sewage pipeline in Baiyun District of Guangzhou City,in response to the application limitations of traditional excavation repair technology in the old urban areas and the complex working conditions of the construction pipeline overcrossing the subway and cable tunnel,the pipe jacking construction in trenchless repair is discussed.The Peck empirical formula is used to estimate the ground settlement and its deformation pressure on the surrounding tunnel.The maximum deformation of the pipeline tunnel in the soil disturbance area during the construction process is 1.42 mm,and the maximum deformation of the subway tunnel is 0.80 mm,which accurately reflects the influence of pipe jacking construction on the surrounding tunnel soil layer.Two kinds of soil stability technologies of high pressure rotary jet pile and working well inverse method are used to reduce the disturbance effect of construction process on the surrounding soil and ensure the construction quality and safety of the site.
