摘 要:近年来,随着生态环保理念的深入贯彻,大跨度空间网壳封闭堆场得到广泛应用。长沙港铜官港区二期工程散货大棚工程,主体安装完成约2/3时,有16根下弦杆件出现了明显的弯曲现象。经过3D3S软件施工模拟分析,明确了导致杆件弯曲的主要原因,并提出了对不符合要求的杆件采取拆除更换的处理措施。文章总结了在设计和施工此类大跨度网壳结构时的注意事项,为今后同类工程的设计与施工提供重要的参考价值。In recent years,with the in-depth implementation of the concept of ecological and environmental protection,large-span spatial enclosed yards with reticulated shells have been widely applied.In the bulk cargo shed engineering of the second phase of Tongguan Port Area of Changsha Port,when the main body was installed for about 2/3,there were obvious bending phenomena in 16 lower rods.Through the construction simulation analysis by 3D3S software,the main causes for the rod bending were clarified,and measures were proposed to remove and replace rods that did not meet the requirements.The paper summarizes the precautions in the design and construction of such large-span reticulated shell structures,and provides important reference value for the design and construction of similar engineering in the future.
