摘 要:跨铁路桥梁施工安全控制要求高,为确保施工过程安全可控,有必要在施工前利用计算机对施工过程进行分析,分析在顶推施工的过程中梁体的各关键构件、关键位置的应力和变形,以保证顶推施工顺利实施。文章以钢桁桥顶推工程为研究对象,对施工准备工作、主要临时构建和顶推过程进行阐述;然后利用有限元分析软件对顶推阶段进行仿真模拟计算,主要查看了钢桁梁和导梁的应力、位移及临时滑靴的支座反力;最后对结果进行分析研究,以验证方案的可行性,并对施工的安全性进行评估。The safety control requirements for bridge construction across railway are high.In order to ensure the safety and controllability of the construction process,it is necessary to use a computer to analyze the construction process before construction and analyze the stress and deformation of each key component and position of the beam body during jacking construction to ensure the smooth implementation of jacking construction.Taking the steel truss bridge jacking engineering as the research object,the construction preparation work,main temporary construction and jacking process are expounded.Then,the finite element analysis software is used to simulate and calculate the jacking stage,mainly checking the stress and displacement of the steel truss beam and the guide beam and the support reaction of the temporary slipper.Finally,the results are analyzed and studied to verify the feasibility of the scheme and evaluate the safety of the construction.
