摘  要:随着我国经济的飞速发展,城市人口规模的不断扩张,城市轨道交通客运量的大幅增长快速推进城市轨道交通线路规划和建设。城市轨道建设中最常用的盾构法施工,对场地面积要求相对较高,而城区轨道交通建设中临时用地的征用、交通导改压力较大,文章结合穗莞深城际铁路机场站—固戍工作区间9 m级泥水盾构机的组装、分体始发施工,阐述泥水盾构分体始发施工中的洞门密封、负环拼装、始发建仓、洞门二次封堵、管线延伸、管片及同步砂浆的运输以及掘进参数的设定等关键环节的施工要点,以供相关人员参考。With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous expansion of urban population,the rapid growth in passenger volume of urban rail transit has rapidly promoted the planning and construction of urban rail transit lines.The most commonly used shield construction method in urban rail transit construction has relatively high requirements for site area,while the pressure of temporary land requisition and traffic diversion reform in urban rail transit construction is relatively high.Combined with the assembly and split launching construction of 9 m level slurry shield machine in the Airport Station-Gushu working section on Guangzhou-Shenzhen Intercity Railway,this paper expounds the key construction points of key links in the split launching construction of slurry shield,such as tunnel mouth sealing,negative ring assembly,launching warehouse construction,tunnel mouth secondary blocking,pipeline extension,segment and synchronous mortar transportation,and tunneling parameter setting,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
