摘  要:高炉基础受到炉内高温影响,易产生开裂等质量灾害,开展高炉基础耐热研究对提升高炉使用过程中的安全性具有重要意义。研究依托龙岗炼钢炉项目,从高温下混凝土受力性能、混凝土配合比控制、混凝土施工工艺三个方面进行了深入的研究,提出了大体积混凝土浇筑质量控制工艺,探明了炉内高温对高炉基础的影响范围,研发了耐热混凝土的合理配比,研究成果可以为高炉基础建设提供借鉴。The foundation of the blast furnace is susceptible to quality disaster such as cracking due to the high temperature inside the furnace.It is of great significance to carry out research on the heat resistance of the blast furnace foundation to improve the safety of the blast furnace during use.Based on Longgang Steelmaking Furnace project,in-depth research is conducted on the mechanical performance of concrete under high temperature,the control of concrete mix proportion,and the concrete construction technology.The quality control process of mass concrete pouring is put forward,the influence range of high temperature inside the furnace on the blast furnace foundation is proved,and the reasonable mix proportion of heat-resistant concrete is developed.The research results can provide reference for the construction of blast furnace foundation.
