摘 要:顶管施工具有施工周期较短、机械化程度较高、不受季节影响、安全性较好等优点,因此成为管道穿越的典型施工方案。案例工程在管线顶管施工后进行管道试压时发生爆管事故,针对爆管后的地基沉降,项目部及时采取地基注浆加固及基坑监测等措施,确保后续修复、再顶管等工作的安全施工,此事件也对管道工期和造价产生了较大的影响。文章针对该工程中所采取的劈裂注浆工法施工要点和此次加固施工及监测监护产生的费用进行了相关分析。Pipe jacking construction has the advantages of short construction period,high mechanization degree,free from seasonal influence and good safety,making it a typical construction scheme for pipeline crossing.In the case engineering,a pipe burst accident occurred during the pipeline pressure test after the pipeline jacking construction.In view of the foundation settlement after the pipe burst,the project department promptly took measures such as foundation grouting reinforcement and foundation pit monitoring to ensure the safe construction of subsequent repair and pipe jacking work.The event also had a great influence on the pipeline construction period and cost.This paper analyzes the key construction points of the split grouting method adopted in the engineering and the cost incurred in the reinforcement construction,monitoring and supervision.
