摘　　要：水利工程属于基础民生工程,事关社会正常的生产生活秩序。涵闸工程在水利工程中占据着重要地位,伴随水利工程质量标准的变革,涵闸工程施工必须摆脱传统观念,围绕水利工程的整体要求推动涵闸工程施工品质升级,以适应新时代水利工作发展需要。据此,在涵闸工程施工管理及维修养护环节,必须充分认识工程特点,全面掌握施工管理及维修养护现状,以进一步明确管理的要求和方法,提出与之相适应的施工管理措施,为涵闸工程施工品质升级奠定基础,文章将围绕上述内容展开探讨。The water conservancy engineering belongs to basic livelihood engineering,which is related to normal production and living order of the society.The culvert and sluice engineering occupies an important position in the water conservancy engineering.With the change of the quality standard of the water conservancy engineering,the construction of the culvert and sluice engineering must get rid of traditional concepts and promote the upgrading of construction quality around the overall requirements of water conservancy engineering to meet the development needs of water conservancy work in the new era.Based on this,in the construction management and maintenance of culvert and sluice engineering,engineering characteristics must be fully understood,the current situation of construction management and maintenance must be fully grasped,so as to further clarify the requirements and methods of management,put forward corresponding construction management measures,and lay a foundation for the upgrading of construction quality of culvert and sluice engineering.The above contents will be discussed in this paper.
