摘  要:文章以某滨海软土地区地质情况为条件,以某多层框架结构为案例,根据所选上部结构和地下地质的特点,对该结构在具体地质条件下的地基基础选型进行了全方位的分析,从安全性、经济性、施工便捷性以及对周边环境的影响等方面着手,综合对比分析了PHC管桩和冲(钻)孔灌注桩方案的优缺点,通过综合对比分析得出PHC管桩方案适用于该地质条件。Based on the geological conditions of a coastal soft soil area,this paper takes a multi-storey frame structure as an example.According to the characteristics of the selected superstructure and underground geology,the foundation selection of the structure under specific geological conditions is analyzed in an all-round way.From the aspects of safety,economy,construction convenience and influence on the surrounding environment,the advantages and disadvantages of PHC tubular pile and punched(bored)pile schemes are comprehensively compared and analyzed.Through comprehensive comparative analysis,it is concluded that PHC tubular pile scheme is suitable for this geological condition.
