摘 要:近年来,垃圾分类推广和城乡生活垃圾收运一体化体系日趋完善,生活垃圾焚烧发电已逐渐成为我国生活垃圾处理的主流方式。文章以某500 t/d机械炉排炉生活垃圾焚烧发电厂项目为例,利用目前广泛应用的“3T+E焚烧工艺+SNCR脱硝+半干法除酸+活性炭喷射吸附二噁英+布袋除尘”的工艺组合,通过验收监测数据对环境空气污染物进行达标分析,结果表明该工艺组合可以满足烟气达标排放的要求。希望文章能够为该类型项目的污染物治理提供参考。In recent years,the promotion of waste classification and the integration system of urban and rural domestic waste collection and transportation are becoming more and more perfect.Power generation through domestic waste incineration has gradually become the mainstream way of domestic waste treatment in China.Taking a 500 t/d mechanical grate furnace domestic waste incineration power plant project as an example,this paper uses the widely used process combination of"3T+E incineration process+SNCR denitrification+semi-dry acid removal+activated carbon jet adsorption dioxin+bag dust removal"to analyze the environmental air pollutants through monitoring data acceptance.The results show that the process combination can meet the requirements of flue gas emission standards.It is hoped that the paper can provide reference for the pollutant treatment of this type of project.
