摘　　要：为探索当代大学生工匠精神的新培养模式,以SRTP大学生科研训练项目为实践平台,成立导师指导团队和学生创新团队,探索在构建重组竹框架结构房屋承重体系中的构件的截面初选方法。针对重组竹材特殊的物理力学特性、通过理论和数值仿真分析挖掘构件截面尺寸与结构构造参数的关系,为该类型结构早期设计提供参考。新式大学生培养模式能够践行“怎么培养人”指导思想,能够在潜移默化中全方面提高学生的专业技能、培养学生的创新意识和工匠精神。To explore a new training mode of the craftsman spirit cultivation of college students,the paper constructed a supervisor group and a innovation team of students based on the practice of student research training plan(SRTP),of which the aim is to study the section primary selection method of the bamboo scrimber in building structures.For the physical and mechanical properties of the bamboo scrimber,the relationship of the primary section of the bamboo scrimber and structural construction parameters was researched.The results show that the new training mode could practice the guiding ideology of how to cultivate people,comprehensively and unconsciously improve students’professional skills,and foster the students’consciousness of innovation and craftsmanship spirit.
