摘 要:为了探索多学科导师小组制度在住培体系中的效果和意义,选取2020年1月至2021年1月按计划至南京医科大学第一附属医院整形烧伤科进行住培的50名住培学员,随机分配成两组,对照组25名,实验组25名,轮转时长为四周。实验组按照多学科导师小组制度进行培养,对照组按照传统住培模式进行培养。四周后,统计学员的理论成绩、实践成绩、满意度评分,并进行比较。结果现发,实验组在理论成绩、临床技能成绩和满意度评分上比对照组的成绩要好。可以发现,多学科导师小组制度能在提升住培质量中起到一定作用。To explore the effect and significance of multidisciplinary tutor group in residential training system,select 50 regular trainees who underwent residential training in the Department of Plastic Surgery of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021.They were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(n=25)and control group(n=25);The experimental group consisted of 25 patients,and the rotation time was four weeks.The experimental group was organized according to the multi-disciplinary tutor group system,while the control group was organized according to the traditional residential training mode.Four weeks later,the students’theoretical results,practical results and satisfaction scores were analyzed and compared.Results show the experimental group was better than the control group in theory scores,clinical skills scores and satisfaction scores.The multidisciplinary tutor group system can play a certain role in improving the quality of residential training.
