摘  要:LLC变换器作为一种谐振型直流/直流(Direct Current/Direct Current,DC/DC)变换器,具有原边开关管零电压开通(Zero Voltage Switching,ZVS)和副边开关管零电流关断(Zero Current Switching,ZCS)的优越软开关特性。在LLC谐振变换器的设计中,谐振回路参数的选择对于变换器的性能具有重要影响。基于对LLC谐振变换器的损耗分析,使用一种损耗最优的设计方法,使变换器能够在要求的直流增益下保持最高效率的工作状态。为实现反向功率传输,变压器只能工作在降压模式。文章提出一种在不改变拓扑的前提下,使LLC谐振变换器反向升压的控制方式,从而更好地适应宽电压输入/输出的场合。在PLECS软件上搭建能量双向流动仿真平台进行仿真,仿真结果验证了所提损耗最优谐振回路参数设计方法和反向控制方式的正确性和可行性。LLC converter,as a resonant Direct Current/Direct Current(DC/DC)converter,has superior soft switching characteristics such as Zero Voltage Switching(ZVS)of the primary side switch and Zero Current Switching(ZCS)of the secondary side switch.In the design of LLC resonant converters,the selection of resonant circuit parameters has a significant impact on the performance of the converter.Based on this background,based on the loss analysis of LLC resonant converters,a design method with optimal loss is used to enable the converter to maintain the highest efficiency operating state under the required DC gain.To achieve reverse power transmission,it can only operate in buck mode.The article proposes a control method to reverse boost the LLC resonant converter without changing the topology,in order to better adapt to wide voltage input/output situations.A bidirectional energy flow simulation platform was built on PLECS software,and the simulation results verified the correctness and feasibility of the proposed loss optimal resonant circuit parameter design method and reverse control method.
