摘  要:对高端凿岩钎头材料进行成分及工艺的优化,得到Si-Mn-Mo微合金化的新材料。调整热处理工艺,Si-Mn-Mo新材料具有高的强度、韧性及抗回火稳定性。利用该材料较高的抗回火稳定性及热膨胀系数,生产的高端凿岩钎头钢体冷却后对合金齿形成强大的固紧力,同时具有优良的强度、耐磨性和抗腐蚀性。在中硬岩凿岩作业条件下试验对比,新材料钎头同Cr-Ni-Mo材料钎头的凿岩进尺寿命相当,而材料成本下降较大。Through the optimization of the composition and process of high-end drill bit,the combination of Si,Mn and a small amount of Mo elements is micro-alloyed.After the heat treatment process is adjusted,the new material of Si-Mn-Mo can obtain high strength,toughness and tempering stability and other properties.By using the high tempering stability and thermal expansion coefficient of this material,the high-end drilling bit steel body can form a firm holding force on the alloy teeth after cooling,and has excellent strength,wear resistance and corrosion resistance.After being used in the medium hard rock drilling operation,the new material bit has a comparable drilling footage life with the Cr-Ni-Mo material bit,and can save the material cost more than the Cr-Ni-Mo material bit.
