摘　　要：编辑之功,不仅在于文字作品的编修提升,更在于人才的发现与助力成长.作为著名的文学家和翻译家,鲁迅和周作人一生中与无数的编辑有着程度不一的关联.《女子世界》创办者兼主编丁祖荫则是他们文学生涯中的一个非常重要的合作编辑,其意义非凡.这不仅在于丁祖荫独具慧眼最先发现当时籍籍无名的周作人,开掘其文学创作才能和翻译潜能,而且以其职业素养和人格魅力影响着周作人的人生抉择和自我建构.同时,通过周作人的推荐,丁祖荫发现了鲁迅,使鲁迅得以第一次在中国本土的报刊上发表翻译文学作品.The ability of editing lies not only in the editing and improvement of text works,but also in the discovery and growth of talents.As well-known writers and translators,Lu Xun and Zhou Zuoren have been associated with countless editors to varying degrees throughout their lives.Ding Zuyin,the founder and editor-in-chief of"Women's World",is a very important co-editor in their literary career,and its significance is extraordinary.This is not only because Ding Zuyin's,with his unique insight,was the first to discover Zhou Zuoren,who was an unknown person at the time,and explored his literary creation talents and translation potential,but also his professional qualities and personality charm influenced Zhou Zuoren's life choices and self-construction.Through Zhou Zuoren's recommendation,Ding Zuyin discovered Lu Xun,enabling Lu Xun to publish translated literary works in Chinese newspapers for the first time.
