银行服务农村经济绿色发展的实践与思考——基于广东农行绿色金融业务的调研

摘　　要：绿色发展是经济增长方式转型的重要内容,金融是推动经济转型发展的重要力量。通过对中国农业银行广东省分行近年来快速健康发展的绿色金融业务进行调研,本文总结出其主要经验是完善管理体系、开展精准营销、创新绿色产品和严格管控风险,也发现其工作中仍存在思想认识不够统一、对国家政策制度掌握不够精准、银行政策产品适应性不足、绿色金融体制机制尚需完善等问题,对下一步工作提出了转变思想观念、优化政策体系、优化业务结构、加强产品创新、加强资源保障、加强风险管控等建议。Green development is an important part of the transformation of economic growth mode,and finance is an important force driving economic transformation and development.This article conducts research on the green finance business of Guangdong Agricultural Bank of China,which has developed rapidly and healthily in recent years.It summarizes that its main experience is to improve its management system,carry out precision marketing,innovate green products,and strictly control risks.It also finds that there are still problems in its work,such as lack of unified ideological understanding,inaccurate grasp of national policies and systems,insufficient adaptability of bank policy products,and the need to improve the green finance system and mechanism,Suggestions were put forward for the next step of work,including changing ideological concepts,optimizing policy systems,optimizing business structures,strengthening product innovation,strengthening resource protection,and strengthening risk control.
