摘　　要：目的探讨复方苦参注射液对原发性肝癌的治疗效果,分析复方苦参注射液对肝癌细胞pokemon表达的影响机制。方法以2018年1月-2021年12月沧州中西医结合医院消化科收治的100例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各50例。对照组单纯行经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE),治疗组在TACE基础上,加用复方苦参注射液静脉滴注,治疗结束1个月后,分析两组治疗效果及pokemon表达量差异;培养HepG2肝癌细胞株,分为3组,分别为空白对照组、阴性对照组和实验组,空白对照组加入不含药物的培养基,阴性对照组及实验组在使用培养基的基础上,分别加入0.9%氯化钠注射液及浓度为5 mg/mL的复方苦参注射液孵育24 h,分析3组细胞的生长活性及pokemon表达量。结果与对照组比较,治疗组临床有效率升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,复方苦参注射液、pokemon表达量为影响患者治疗效果的变量;与本组治疗前比较,治疗组及对照组pokemon的表达量均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后pokemon表达量显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与空白对照组及阴性对照组比较,实验组HepG2细胞的生长活性、pokemon mRNA及蛋白表达的相对强度均显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液可提高对原发性肝癌的治疗效果,抑制肝癌细胞的生长,其机制可能与抑制pokemon表达有关。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of compound sophora flavescens injection on patient with hepatocellular carcinoma,and to analyze its molecular mechanism on the expression of pokemon.Methods A total of 100 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received simple transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization(TACE),while the treatment group received intravenous infusion of compound sophora flavescens injection besides TACE.After 1 month,the difference in treatment efficacy and pokemon expression between the two groups were analyzed.Cultured HepG2 cell lines and divided them into the three groups:blank control group,negative control group and experimental group.The blank control group was added with drug-free culture medium,while the negative control group and experimental group were incubated with 0.9%sodium chloride injection and 5 mg/mL compound Sophora flavescens injection for 24 hours on the basis of using the culture medium.Analyze the growth activity and pokemon expression of the three groups of cells.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed compound sophora flavescens injection and pokemon expression level were variables that affect the treatment effectiveness of the patients.Compared with pre-treatment,the expression level of pokemon in the treatment group and control group significantly was decreased,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the expression of pokemon in the treatment group significantly was decreased post-treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the blank control group and negative control group,the growth activity,relative intensity of pokemon mRNA and protein expression of HepG2 ce
