摘　　要：构建科学有效的绩效评估指标体系是开展绩效评估工作的重要内容。本文基于政府购买服务的全流程构建了政府购买公共信息服务绩效评估指标体系,选取政府购买公共信息服务的具体项目进行绩效测评,并对指标体系和项目存在的问题展开讨论。研究认为,绩效测评结果验证了绩效评估指标体系的适用性和有效性,而政府购买公共信息服务在项目立项、信息公开、监督管理等方面存在一些不足,未来应当采取相应措施予以改善。Building a scientific and effective performance evaluation index system is an important part of performance evaluation work.Based on the whole process of government purchase of service,the article constructs the performance evaluation index system of government purchase of public information service,selects specific projects for performance evaluation,and discusses the problems existing in the index system and project.The study holds that the performance evaluation results verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the performance evaluation index system,while the government purchase of public information service is deficient in project approval,information disclosure,supervision and management,which should be improved by corresponding measures in the future.
