摘　　要：循证图书馆信息实践(EBLIP)是一种引入循证的专业决策方法,为图书馆信息服务过程中不断变化的问题提供解决方案,并在与变化的环境相适应的过程中予以发展和改进。文章针对循证图书馆信息实践的历史演进与理论框架,包括历届EBLIP(EBL)国际会议、EBLIP新5A模型的流程循环及构成要素、证据类型等进行了系统性梳理,以为我国深入开展EBLIP研究与实践奠定理论基础。Evidence-based Library and Information Practice(EBLIP)is an evidence-based professional decision-making method that provides solutions to changing problems in the process of library information service,which develops and improves in the process of changing environment adaption.This article systematically combs the historical evolution and theoretical frame work of evidence-based library and information practice,including previous EBLIP(EBL)international conferences,EBLIP new 5A model process cycle,constituent elements,evidence types,etc.,laying a theoretical foundation for in-depth EBLIP research and practice in China.
