摘 要:聚驱井高含水率开发阶段采出液成分复杂、流动性差,不加热集油技术的应用受限于高回压等因素影响。通过现场试验,对20口聚驱油井实时并连续监测单井回油温度、井口回压、单井掺水量、计量间掺水温度等参数,分析摸索不同类型井停掺条件和停掺界限。在明确6种停掺后油井回压趋势的本质原因和停掺条件的基础上,采用熵权法—灰色关联度分析法确定了不加热集油界限的影响因素关联性,确定了以井口回压波动范围为主要参数的不加热集油界限。回压波动范围小于30%的井停掺后运行稳定可停掺,回压波动范围大于30%的井仅可间歇性停掺或不可停掺。20口试验井年节气14.0×10^(4)m^(3)、节电17.0×10^(4)kWh。研究成果可为聚驱系统低温集输大规模实施以及最大限度挖掘低温集输节能潜力提供指导依据。In the high water bearing development stage of polymer flooding well,the produced liquid has complex composition and poor fluidity,and the application of non-heating oil collection technology is limited by high return pressure and other factors.Through field tests,the parameters of single well oil return temperature,wellhead oil return pressure,water blending in single well,water blending temperature between measuring room and other parameters of 20 polymer flooding wells are monitored in real time and continuously,and the conditions and limits of water blending in different types of wells are analyzed and explored.On the basis of identifying the essential causes of oil return pressure trends after six kinds of stopping blending and the conditions of stopping blending,the correlation of influencing factors of the limit of non-heating oil collection is determined by using entropy weight method and grey relational degree analysis method,and the limit of non-heating oil collection with the fluctuation range of wellhead oil return pressure as the main parameter is determined.If the oil return pressure fluctuation range is less than 30%,the hot water blending can be stopped after stable operation.If the oil return pressure fluctuation range is more than 30%,the hot water blending can be stopped intermittently or stopped.The 20 test wells are saved 14.0×10^(4) m^(3) of natural gas and 17.0×10^(4) kWh of electricity.The research results provide guidance for the large-scale implementation of low temperature gathering and transportation in polymer flooding system and the maximum exploitation of energy conservation potential of low temperature gathering and transportation.
