摘  要:随着油田开发规模不断扩大,地面系统运行成本刚性增长,为控制能耗增幅趋势,杏北油田重点围绕“水、电、气”三个能耗要素,积极开展措施优化,集输系统围绕精细运行调控,降低生产耗气;注水系统围绕提高注水效率,降低注水耗电;污水系统围绕均衡站库负荷,减少清水用量。通过全系统、各环节提质提效,降低生产运行单耗,年节电1315×10^(4) kWh,年节气473×10^(4)m^(3),年节水1095×10^(4)m^(3),创效3000余万元,实现降本增效、节约生产成本的目的。With the continuous expansion of oilfield development scale and the rigid growth of ground system operating costs,in order to control the trend of energy consumption growth,Xingbei oilfield focuses on the three energy consumption elements of"water,electricity,and gas"and actively carries out measures to optimize.The gathering and transportation system is revolved around fine operation regulation to reduce production gas consumption.What's more,the water injection system is concentrated on improving water injection efficiency and reducing water injection power consumption.Additionally,the sewage system is revolved around balancing the load of the station and reducing the amount of clean water.Most importantly,by improving quality and efficiency of the entire system and various links,it is reduced the unit consumption of production and operation,saved 1315×10^(4) kWh of electricity,473×10^(4) m^(3) of gas and 1095×10^(4) m^(3) of water,and created an efficiency of more than 30 million yuan,which achieves the goal of reducing costs,increasing efficiency,and saving production costs.
