摘 要:加热炉在油气集输系统中被广泛应用,其能效水平直接关系油田的整体经济效益。在梳理影响加热炉能效因素的基础上,建立评价指标体系,通过CRITIC法确定各因素的指标权重,利用TOPSIS法得到加热炉与理想运行状态的相对贴近度,并将其作为综合评价结果,随后按照运行月份衡量加热炉的平均能效系数,提出针对性的技改措施。结果表明,经CRITIC确定的指标权重从大到小依次为热效率、炉体外表面温差、过剩空气系数、排烟温度、CO_(2)含量、炉膛压力、CO含量,评价结果与客观实际情况相符;导致能效较低;对全厂加热炉进行优化改进后,每月可节约燃气费用53.9万元~83.6万元,全年可节约786万元,节能效果显著。The heating furnace is widely used in oil and gas gathering and transportation system,whose energy efficiency is directly related to the overall economic benefits of oilfield.On the basis of sorting out the factors affecting energy efficiency of heating furnace,the evaluation indicator system is established.What's more,the indicator weight of each factor is determined by CRITIC method,and the relative closeness of heating furnace to the ideal running state is obtained by using TOPSIS method,which is taken as the comprehensive evaluation result.Then the average energy efficiency coefficient of heating furnace is measured according to the running month,and targeted technical reform measures are proposed.The results showed that the indicator weights determined by CRITIC are from large to small in order of thermal efficiency,temperature difference of furnace outside surface,excess air coefficient,smoke exhaust temperature,CO_(2)content,furnace pressure,CO content,and the evaluation results were consistent with the objective reality,resulting in low energy efficiency.After optimizing and improving the heating furnace in the whole plant,the monthly cost of gas can be saved by 539000 yuan~836000 yuan,and the annual cost can be saved by 7.86 million yuan,with remarkable energy conservation effect.
