摘 要:通过对厦门某锂电池厂单冷空调系统和水蓄冷耦合空调系统进行全年逐时能耗分析、数学建模和数据分析,探讨了两种系统在不同外部条件下的运行状态和能源利用效率,并对经济性进行了评估。结果表明,水蓄冷耦合空调系统虽全年平均能效比单冷空调系统低3.37%,但由于峰谷电价差原因,水蓄冷耦合空调系统在电网高峰期能显著减少电网负荷,低峰期能利用夜间廉价电力,从而降低运行成本,整体优于单冷空调系统在蓄冷、释冷、维护方面的优势。基于节能和占地面积的综合考虑,水蓄冷耦合空调在长期运营中将有更好的能源利用性能和经济效益。By conducting annual hourly energy consumption analysis,mathematical modeling,and data analysis on the single cooling air conditioning system and water storage coupled air conditioning sys-tem of a lithium battery factory in Xiamen,the operating status and energy utilization efficiency of the two systems under different external conditions were explored,and their economic performance was evaluated.The results show that although the annual average energy efficiency of the water storage coupled air conditioning system is 3.37%lower than that of the single cooling air conditioning system,however,due to the difference in peak and valley electricity prices,the water storage cold coupled air conditioning system can significantly reduce the load on the power grid during peak periods,and can utilize cheap electricity at night during low peak periods,thereby reducing operating costs.Overall,it is superior to the single cooling air conditioning system in terms of cold storage,cooling release,and maintenance.Based on the comprehensive consideration of energy conservation and floor area,water storage coupled air conditioning will have better energy utilization performance and economic benefits in long-term operation.
