摘　　要：回顾深圳市南山区百校焕新行动的缘起、策划与执行,针对南方高密度城市存量更新问题,面对项目数量庞大、时空受限、决策复杂等特征,从组织架构与设计管理模式等论述其中的创新,揭示研究引领设计的集群矩阵组织模式对建筑生态圈可持续发展的意义,并总结其对城市公共设计管理的经验、价值与启示。This paper reviews the origins,programming and execution of the 100-Campus Renewal Plan for shenzhen Nanshan.Aiming at the stock regene ration of southern Chinese cities of high density,this paper delineates the innovations of organizational structure and design management model in the face of characteristics of huge amount,restriction of time and space,and complicated decision-making processes.It reveals the significant impact of group matrix organizational model as the guidance for design on the sustainable development of architectural ecology,concluding with related lessons,values and inspirations for urban public design management.
