摘　　要：考察侵华时期中国东北地区的日本建筑师住宅改良思想及其集合住宅设计实践,从经济、卫生与舒适的角度探讨由殖民者引入的集合住宅在中国东北的在地化历程。以功能为导向的现代住宅的引入、改良是中国近代建筑“被动受容”的典型案例,具有重要的历史、技术价值。The paper studies the housing improvement concept and the design practices of the apartment house by Japanese architects active in Northeast China during the Japanese occupation period(1905—1945),and discusses the indigenization process of the modern housing type introduced by"others"in Northeast China in economic,hygienic and comfortable terms.The introduction and improvement process of the function-oriented modern residence was a typical case of"passive accommodation"in Chinese modern architecture with significant historical and technical value.
