摘 要:目的:探索并行采集加速因子对1.5T磁共振成像(MRI)肛瘘检查序列T2WI-TSE-STIR图像质量和扫描时间的影响。方法:在保证图像质量的前提下,将并行采集加速因子参数分别设置为0(A组)、2(B组)、3(C组)、4(D组)、5(E组)。统计各组图像对内口的显示主观评分,分析各组图像相应层面位置的噪声比(CNR)和信噪比(SNR)。两者结合分析并行采集加速因子对1.5T MRI肛瘘检查序列T2WI-TSE-STIR图像质量和扫描时间的影响。结果:将并行采集加速因子分别设置为2、3、4、5时,图像质量逐渐降低,扫描时间逐渐减少,检出的内口评分也明显减小(P<0.05);当并行采集加速因子=2时,所得影像SNR与CNR均最高(P<0.05);=3时,SNR与CNR与A组相近(P>0.05)。结论:当并行采集加速因子参数=3时,图像质量和扫描时间达到最优化,T2WI-TSE-STIR序列扫描时间能缩短53.1%,可以有效缩短患者检查时间,减轻检查中的痛苦。Objective To probe the influence of paralled acquisition acceleration factor(PAAF)on anal fistula T2WI-TSE-STIR in 1.5 T MRI(including on image quality and on screen time).Methods Under the prerequisite to ensure image quality set PAAF as O(group A),2(group B),3(group C),4(group D),and 5(group E),statistically recorded the objective scored points shown by each group of image to inner orifice,and analysed CNR and SNR at each image-relevant layer-sites,which by using the combination of both analysed PAAF's influence on above-mentioned image qualtiy and screen time.Results When PAAF=2,3,4 and 5,the quality became lower gradually,screen time decreased gradually,meanwhile,the inner-orifice ratings detected significantly decreased(P<0.05);when PAAF=2,image's SNR and CNR were up to the highest(P<0.05);=3,SNR and CNR were similar to group A(P>0.05).Conclusion When PAAF=3,image quality and screen time become the optimized,T2WI-TSE-STIR sequency's screen time could be shortened by 53.1%,thus can effectively shorten the time of patients inspected,there-fore reduce their sufferings in inspection.
