超声刀线形切扎术治疗混合痔的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察超声刀线形切扎术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法:将2021年6月至2022年6月,本院收治的60例混合痔手术患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组在PPH或TST术后采用超声刀线形切扎术治疗。对照组在PPH或TST术后采用外剥内扎术治疗。比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、水肿和创面愈合时间等。结果:治疗组手术时间和创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);术后疼痛及水肿评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声刀线形切扎术治疗混合痔安全有效、创伤小、恢复快、术后并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of linear incision&ligation with ultrasonic scalpel in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.I Methods Randomly divided 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in authors hospital(2021-06-2022-06)into treatment group(30 cases,after PPH or TST,treated with ultrasonic scalpel for linear incision&ligation)and control group(30 cases,instead of external dis-section&.internal ligature);then,compared both groups'operating time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative pain and edema,as well wound-surface healing time.Results In the time for operating and for wound-surface healing,in intraoperative bleeding volume,as wel as in the scored ratings on postopera-tive pain and edema,treatment group was respectively shorter,less,as well as lower than control group(all,P<o.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic scalpel for linear incision&ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids is safe,effective and with such merits as smaller trauma,faster recovery,and lower incidence of complications,thus,is worth to be popularized to use clinically.
