一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿43例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年1月,本院收治的86例肛周脓肿患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。观察组采用肛周脓肿一期根治术治疗,对照组采用切开引流术治疗,观察比较2组炎性指标、疼痛、肛门功能及并发症等情况。结果:术后3 d,两组血清C反应蛋白和白细胞介素-6水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后7 d,观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);术后30 d,观察组肛门功能正常率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后2个月,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿能更大程度减轻术后疼痛,改善肛门功能,促进恢复,术后炎性应激反应及并发症发生率更低。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of primary radical procedure for perianal abscess(PA).N Methods Randomly divided 86 PA patients treated in author's hospital(2020-01-2022-01)into observation group(63 cases,received primary radical procedure)and control group(43 cases,incision&drainage procedure);then,observed and compared both groups'inflammatory norms,pain intensity,anal function,and complication,etc.status.ResultsAt 3days after surgery the levels of serum CRP and IL-6 in the both groups were all declined,but observation groups one was more lower than control group's(P<0.05);at 7 days after surgery the pain intensity of observation group was slighter than that of control group(P<0.05);at 30 days after surgery,in the ratio of normal anal function observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);at 2 months after surgery the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);at 6 months after surgery in the incidence of complication observation group was lower than control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Primary radical procedure for PA can relieve patients postoperative pain at more extent,improve anal function,promote re-covery,with more lower in postoperative inflammatory response and complication incidence.
