脓肿切除袋形缝合联合仙方活命饮治疗急性脓肿期藏毛窦的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价脓肿切除袋形缝合术联合仙方活命饮口服治疗急性脓肿期藏毛窦的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月至2021年2月,本院治疗的45例急性脓肿期藏毛窦患者,随机分为观察1组、观察2组和对照组,每组各15例。观察1组采用脓肿切除袋形缝合联合仙方活命饮口服治疗,观察2组仅采用脓肿切除袋形缝合术治疗,对照组采用切开引流并脓腔搔刮术治疗。观察比较3组创面愈合时间,肉芽组织生长情况及复发等。结果:观察1组创面愈合时间明显短于观察2组及对照组(P<0.05);肉芽组织生长评分优于观察2组及对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用脓肿切除袋状缝合联合仙方活命饮治疗急性脓肿期藏毛窦疗效显著,住院时间短,复发率低,创口愈合较快。Objective To investigate the effect of resecting abscess then bag-like suturing combined with Xianfang Huoming Yin(Yin,a TCM formula)in the treatment of pilonidal sinus complicated with acute abscess.I Methods Randomly divided 45 acute abscess patients complicated pilonical sinus treated in au-thor's hospital(2017-01-2021-02)into No.1 observation group(No.1 group,15 cases,received resecting&.bag-like suturing plus Yin),No.2 observation group(No.2 group,15 cases,resecting&bag-like sutu-ring),and control group(15 cases,incision&drainage and scraping&scratching abscess),then,observed and compared the three groups wound-surface healing time,status on granulation tissue growth,and recur-rence.Results In wound-surface healing time,and the ratings on granulation tissue growth,No.1 group was respectively shorter than,and superior to No.2 group and control group(all,P<o.05).Conclusion Resecting&bag-like suturing abscess combined with Yin in the treatment of pilonidal sinus complicated with acute abscess has significant effect,shorter hospitalization stay,lower recurrence rate,and faster wound healing.
