地榆川椒熏蒸汤联合小针刀治疗慢性肛裂45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨地榆川椒熏蒸汤联合小针刀治疗慢性肛裂的临床效果。方法:选取2019年2月至2021年3月,本院收治的90例慢性肛裂患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组采用地榆川椒熏蒸汤熏洗联合小针刀治疗,对照组采用地榆川椒熏蒸汤熏洗联合肛裂侧切术治疗。对比2组患者疗效、术后疼痛及恢复情况等。结果:观察组总有效率为97.78%,远高于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05),术中出血量及疼痛评分均少于对照组(P<0.05),手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),创面愈合时间、疼痛消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),瘢痕长度小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肛裂患者采用地榆川椒熏蒸汤熏洗联合小针刀治疗疗效确切,能减少术后并发症,缩短术后恢复时间,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Diyu Chuanjiao Decoction(Decoction,a TCM formula)for fuming combined with mini-needle knife in the treatment of chronic anal fissure(CAF).Methods Randomly divided 90 CAF patients treated in authors hospital(2019-02-2021-03)into observa-tion group(45 cases,Decoction for fuming sitz bath combined with mini-needle knife)and control group(45 cases,so did with Decoction for fuming sitz bath,plus lateral incision of anal fistula);then,compared both groups effect,the status on postoperative pain and recovery,etc.ResultsIn total effective rate;in the ratings on pain and intraoperative bleeding volume;in operating time;in the time for wound-surface healing,for pain disappeared,and for hospitalization;and,in scar-length observation group was respectively higher(97.78%vs 82.22%);less;shorter;all shorter;and smaller than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion For CAF Decoction for fuming(sitz bath)plus mini-needle knife has certain effect,can reduce postoperative complication,shorten postoperative recovery time,thus,is worth to be popularized to use.
