腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术应用综合性护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合性护理用于腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术患者的临床价值。方法:选择2020年5月至2021年12月,本院104例行腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术患者,均采用综合性护理干预。并观察手术指标、并发症、血常规、患者情绪状态和生活质量。结果:患者术后平均进食时间为(66.21±29.49) h,平均导尿管留置时间(139.38±55.27) h,平均排气时间(61.85±30.41) h,平均排便时间(178.62±48.56) h,平均住院时间(20.37±6.33) d,并发症发生率为4.81%。干预后患者焦虑和抑郁评分均明显降低,生活质量评分明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜结直肠癌切除术应用综合性护理干预,可优化手术指标,控制患者不良应激反应,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the clinical value of comprehensive nursing applied in the colorectal cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic resection procedure.Methods Enrolled 104 colorectal cancer pa-tients who received laparoscopic resection in authors hospital(2020-05-2021-12)into this research:amidst surgery they all received comprehensive nursing,then,their operative norms,complication,emotion situa-tion,and quality of life were observed.Results After surgery,patients average time for eating,indwell-ing catheter,flatus,defecation,as well as hospitalization were respectively(66.21±29.49)h,(139.38±55.27)h,(61.85±30.41)h,(178.62±48.56)h,as well as(20.37±6.33)d;their complication incidence was 4.81%;after nursing intervention,their ratings on anxiety and depression were significantly declined,meanwhile the ratings on quality of life lifted up(P<0.05).Conclusion Amidst laparoscopic resecting colorectal cancer adopting comprehensive nursing intervention can optimun operative norms,control pa-tients'unward stress response,and reduce complication incidence.
