摘　　要：目的检测分析乌鲁木齐市男性尿道炎患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及其基因亚型分布特点。方法选取2018年9月至2021年12月新疆军区总医院诊治的男性尿道炎患者作为研究对象,获取其分泌物标本,采用聚合酶链反应-反向点杂交法进行HPV-DNA分型检测。结果673例受检者中268例检测为HPV阳性,总感染率为39.82%。在阳性标本中,共检出22种基因亚型,前6位的HPV基因亚型分别为HPV6(27.14%)、HPV11(17.08%)、HPV16(9.30%)、HPV52(5.78%)、HPV51(5.03%)和HPV58(4.77%)。不同年龄段HPV感染者中,20~<40岁感染191例(71.27%)。不同感染类型中,单一亚型感染160例(59.70%),2种亚型感染78例(29.10%),3种及以上亚型感染30例(11.20%),单一亚型感染明显高于多重亚型感染。在多重亚型感染中,以高低危混合感染为主。结论新疆乌鲁木齐市男性尿道炎患者HPV感染高发于20~<40岁年龄段,低危感染亚型以HPV6、11为主,高危感染亚型以HPV16、52、51、58为主。Objective To investigate and analyze the distribution and characteristics of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection gene subtypes in male patients with urethritis in Urumqi.Methods Male patients with urethritis diagnosed and treated in the General Hospital of Xinjiang Military Region from September 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and secretion samples from male urethritis patients were collected,and human papilloma virus-deoxyribonucleic acid(HPV-DNA)typing was detected by polymerase chain reaction-reverse dot hybridization.Results Of the 673 samples,268 were HPV positive,with a total infection rate of 39.82%.A total of 22 gene subtypes were detected in positive samples,and the top 6 HPV gene subtypes were HPV6(27.14%),HPV11(17.08%),HPV16(9.30%),HPV52(5.78%),HPV51(5.03%)and HPV58(4.77%).Among HPV-infected persons of different ages,191 infected cases(71.27%)were between 20-40 years old.Among different infection types,160 cases(59.70%)were single subtype infection,78 cases(29.10%)were 2 subtypes infection,and 30 cases(11.20%)were 3 or more subtypes infection.Single subtype infection was significantly higher than multi subtypes infection.Among the multi subtypes patients,high and low risk mixed infection was the main one.Conclusions The majority of HPV infection in male patients with urethritis in Urumqi,Xinjiang occurr in the age group of 20-40 years old.The low risk infection subtypes are mainly HPV6 and HPV11,and high risk infection subtypes are mainly HPV16,HPV52,HPV51 and HPV58.
