女性精液过敏症阴道冲洗法治愈1例

摘　　要：精液过敏症即性生活后因接触精液而产生的快速性过敏反应,使用避孕套或不射精则没有相应症状。目前,简单且有效的治疗精液过敏症的方法是使用避孕套,此外,口服抗过敏药物、局部用药、阴道脱敏治疗、皮下免疫治疗等也是不错的选择,对于部分治疗效果不佳又有生育要求的患者,也可以借助辅助生殖技术实现妊娠。本文报道1例女性精液过敏症患者,因有备孕需求,拒绝使用避孕套、药物、脱敏治疗,基于此本文探索一种新的治疗方法,即采取同房后阴道冲洗精液法治疗,持续数个月后最终实现完全治愈,其冲洗的方法是最初1个月完全冲洗掉几乎所有精液,第2~3个月逐渐减少冲洗的量,此后完全不冲洗,约从第4个月开始症状基本消失,该方法此前并无类似报道,希望借此机会探索新的治疗方法,以便更好地服务大众。Seminal hypersensitivity is a rapid allergic reaction caused by contact with semen after intercourse,and there are no corresponding symptoms when using condoms or not ejaculation.At present,the simple and effective method for the treatment of seminal hypersensitivity is the use of condoms.In addition,oral anti-allergic drugs,topical medication,vaginal desensitization treatment,and subcutaneous immunotherapy are also good choices.For some patients who have poor treatment effects and have fertility requirements,assisted reproductive technology can also be used to achieve pregnancy.This article reports a female patient with seminal hypersensitivity who refused to use condoms,drugs and desensitization treatment because of the need to prepare for pregnancy.Based on this,a new treatment method was explored in this paper,that is,vaginal semen flushing after intercourse was used for several months to finally achieve complete cure.This method of irrigation is to completely rinse off almost all semen in the first month.After 2 to 3 months,the amount of irrigation was gradually reduced,then the irrigation is not used at all,and the symptoms basically disappear from about 4 months.This approach has not been reported previously.We hope to take this opportunity to explore new treatment methods to better serve the public.
