补肾活血法在男性生殖系统疾病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：男性性功能障碍和男性不育症是男科临床上较常见的疾病,严重影响夫妻感情及家庭稳定,中医药治疗有其独特的优势。肾虚血瘀是男性生殖系统疾病发病的重要病机,补肾活血法可以有效改善男性性功能和生育力。现就补肾活血法在男性生殖系统疾病中的临床运用及起效机制进行总结与分析,为今后的临床诊治提供新的思路和选择。但目前对补肾活血法起效的作用机制研究还不够详细透彻,仍有待进一步的深入探讨。Male sexual dysfunction and male infertility are common diseases in andrology clinic,which seriously affect the relationship between husband and wife and family stability.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages.Kidney deficiency and blood stagnation are the important pathogenesis of male reproductive system diseases.Nourishing kidney and activating blood can effectively improve male sexual function and fertility.This article summarizes and analyzes the clinical application and the effective mechanism of nourishing kidney and activating blood in male reproductive system diseases,so as to provide new ideas and choices for clinical diagnosis and treatment in the future.However,the research on the mechanism of nourishing kidney and activating blood is not detailed and thorough enough,and further in-depth discussion is still needed.
