摘　　要：早泄是一种常见的男性性功能障碍疾病,随着诊断标准的逐渐明朗,诊断率呈现逐年上升的趋势。然而迄今为止,虽然有一些治疗早泄的药物在临床广泛使用,甚至被纳入数个指南作为可选方案,但均缺乏可靠的研究支持,且易出现不同程度的不良反应,而中医药治疗早泄副作用较少。周少虎教授根据数十年的男科疾病治疗经验,总结出早泄的根本病因为肾气亏虚、精关不固,夹杂有血瘀,临床常在益肾固精的同时佐以少量活血化瘀之品,疗效满意。Premature ejaculation is a common male sexual dysfunction disease.With the gradual clarity of the diagnostic criteria,the diagnosis rate showed an increasing trend year by year.However,although some drugs have been widely used in clinic so far and even included in several guidelines as options,they all lack reliable research support and are prone to varying degrees of adverse reactions,while there are fewer side effects in the treatment of premature ejaculation with traditional Chinese medicine.Professor ZHAO Shaohu summed up decades of experience in the treatment of andrological diseases,concluded that the basic cause of premature ejaculation is kidney Qi deficiency,essence is not solid,and mixed with blood stasis.The clinical efficacy is satisfying when treated by tonifying kidney and strengthening essence combined with a small number of products for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
