摘　　要：宗筋作强,既依赖于肾阳的温煦、肾精的滋养,同时也需要脾胃化生气血的濡养蓄灌。基于“阳虚三夺统于脾”的理论,认为脾虚夺气为阳痿发病最初的病理状态,进而发展为肾虚夺阳、夺精。因此,阳痿的治疗上当以补气健脾为基础,壮中州之气,脾气旺则肾精、肾阳生。本文将基于明代医家汪绮石所提出的“阳虚三夺统于脾”理论,对阳痿的病因病机及诊疗思路进行探析,为现代医家治疗阳痿提供新的思路和方法。Erection of the penis relies on the warming effect of kidney Yang and the nourishment of kidney essence,but it also requires the moistening and nourishing infusion of Qi and blood generated by the spleen and stomach.Based on the theory of"Three Forms of Yang Deficiency Originating from Spleen Deficiency",it is believed that spleen deficiency and Qi deprivation are the initial pathological state of impotence,which then develops into kidney deficiency,leading to Yang and essence deprivation.Hence,the treatment of impotence should be based on nourishing Qi and fortifying the spleen,enhancing the central region's vital energy,and kidney essence and kidney Yang were born when the spleen is strengthened.This article,based on the theory of"Three Forms of Yang Deficiency Originating from Spleen Deficiency"proposed by the Ming Dynasty physician WANG Qishi,the etiology,pathogenesis,and diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for impotence will be analyzed,providing modern healthcare professionals with new perspectives and methods for treating impotence.
