米非司酮周期疗法治疗对围绝经期异常子宫出血患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨围绝经期异常子宫出血(AUB)患者采用米非司酮周期疗法治疗的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年4月安阳市妇幼保健院收治的82例围绝经期AUB患者,按照随机数字表法分成研究组(n=41)与对照组(n=41)。其中对照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组采用米非司酮周期疗法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度及血红蛋白水平。结果研究组治疗有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(78.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组促黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平低于治疗前,且研究组水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组子宫内膜厚度薄于治疗前,且研究组厚度薄于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血红蛋白水平高于治疗前,且研究组水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮周期疗法应用于围绝经期AUB患者治疗中,能够提高临床疗效,减少子宫内膜厚度,改善机体性激素及血红蛋白水平。Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone cycle therapy in patients with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods A total of 82 perimenopausal AUB patients who were admitted in Anyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected,and they were divided into the research group(n=41)and the control group(n=41)by the randomly number table method.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the research group was treated with mifepristone cycle therapy.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,endometrial thickness and hemoglobin levels were compared of the two groups.Results In compasion of the control group(78.05%),the total effective rate of the research group(95.12%)was higher,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and progesterone(P)and estradiol(E_(2))levels in the two groups were decreased,and in compasion of the control group,the levels in the research group were lower,with significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups were decreased,and in compasion of the control group,the thickness of the research group was thinner,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin in the two groups were increased,and in compasion of the control group,the level in the research group was higher,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone cycle therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal AUB patients can improve clinical efficacy,reduce endometrial thickness,and ameliorate the level of sex hormones and hemoglobin.
