巴戟天寡糖联合帕罗西汀对抑郁症患者的临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨巴戟天寡糖联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月镇平县第二人民医院收治的84例抑郁症患者,采用随机数字表法将其分成两组,各42例,对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在此基础上采用巴戟天寡糖治疗。比较两组心理状态[汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、焦虑量表(HAMA)]评分、临床疗效、临床症状评分、血清神经递质、血清炎性因子及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后两组HAMA、HAMD评分同之前相比均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周、治疗8周后两组临床症状评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组5-HT、NE、BDNF水平同治疗前相比均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组炎性因子水平同治疗前相比均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论巴戟天寡糖联合帕罗西汀对治疗抑郁症,可有效改善患者的负面情绪,提升疗效,抑制炎症反应,安全性良好。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Polygonum multiflorum combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 84 patients with depression admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Zhenping County from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups with 42 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with paroxetine,and the observation group was treated with Polygonum multiflorum on the basis of paroxetine.The score of psychological state[hamilton depression scale(HAMD),hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,serum neurotransmitters,serum inflammatory factors,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-HT,NE,and BDNF in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were decreased compared with before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Polygonum multiflorum and Paroxetine can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with depression,improve effic
