摘 要:目的研讨根因分析法持续改进复用器械清洗质量对降低医院感染率及器械耗损率的效果。方法河南科技大学第一附属医院2021年1月至2021年8月消毒供应中心实施常规质量管理,在其中选择80件复用器械,设为对照组;2021年9月至2022年5月消毒供应中心实施根因分析法持续改进质量管理,在其中选择80件复用器械,设为观察组。比较医院感染率、器械耗损率、器械清洗效果、临床科室满意度。结果观察组时期医院感染发生1例,对照组时期医院感染发生7例;观察组器械耗损率(7.50%)低于对照组(18.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械清洗目测法合格率(97.50%)高于对照组(86.25%),带光源放大镜检查合格率(81.25%)高于对照组(62.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组服务意识、手术器械质量、工作效率、清洗质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根因分析法持续改进管理能有效提高复用器械清洗质量,降低医院感染率和器械耗损率,提高临床科室满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effects of root cause analysis-based continuous cleaning quality improvement on the declined nosocomial infections and wear rates of the reusing apparatus.Methods In the central sterile supply department,80 reusing apparatus of taking the routine quality management(2021.1—2021.8)were set as control group;80 reusing apparatus of taking the root cause analysis-based continuous quality improvement(2021.9—2022.5)were set as observation group.The nosocomial infections,wear rates,cleaning effects and clinical staff’s satisfaction were compared.Results The nosocomial infection rates in the observation group(1.25%)were significantly lower than control group(8.75%)(P<0.05);the wear rates in the observation group(7.50%)were significantly lower than control group(18.75%)(P<0.05);through the ocular estimate,the qualified cleaning rates in the observation group(97.50%)were significantly higher than control group(86.25%)(P<0.05);through the light magnifiers,the qualified cleaning rates in the observation group(81.25%)were significantly higher than control group(62.50%)(P<0.05);the service consciousness,instrument quality,work efficacy and cleaning quality scores in the observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The root cause analysisbased continuous quality improvement can reduce the nosocomial infections and wear rates of the reusing apparatus,improve the clinical staff’s satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
