摘　　要：喂养障碍是儿童康复临床中的常见问题,病因异质,未及时识别并规范管理会加重不良后果,甚至危及生命。但目前尚缺乏儿童喂养障碍综合评估及康复管理规范,中华医学会儿科学分会康复学组基于国内外研究证据,结合临床实践经验,讨论并提出儿童喂养障碍的评估及管理专家共识,以期科学、规范管理并指导临床实践。Feeding disorders are common in clinical rehabilitation of children and the etiology is heterogeneous;failure to identify and standardize management in time will aggravate the adverse consequences,even threaten life.However,there is still a lack of comprehensive evaluation and rehabilitation management standards for pediatric feeding disorders.Based on research evidence at home and abroad and combined with clinical experience,the Subspecialty Group of Rehabilitation,the society of Pediatrics,Chinese Medical Association discussed and put forward the expert consensus on the evaluation and management of pediatric feeding disorders,in order to scientifically standardize management and guide clinical practice.
