白芍多糖与白芍总苷不同配比对小鼠亚急性酒精肝损伤的研究

摘　　要：目的研究白芍多糖与白芍总苷不同配比对小鼠亚急性酒精肝损伤的影响。方法取健康的昆明种小鼠140只,18~22 g,分成14组,空白组、模型组、阳性药组、白芍多糖与总苷配比组(0∶10,1∶9,2∶8,3∶7,4∶6,5∶5,6∶4,7∶3,8∶2,9∶1,10∶0),每组10只小鼠,分别以一定量进行灌胃,阳性药组以水飞蓟素片200 mg/kg灌胃。模型组、阳性药组和给药组于实验结束前14 d每天灌胃给予30%的乙醇。腹主动脉采血,并取肝组织,测定血清中胆固醇(TC)、总胆红素(TBil)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量及病理组织学检查。结果白芍多糖与白芍总苷不同配比组均能降低血清中TC、TBil、LDL含量,病理学结果显示各配比组炎性浸润有不同程度减小,脂肪变性程度减轻,其中0∶10组效果最好。结论白芍多糖与白芍总苷不同配比均能降低小鼠亚急性酒精肝损伤,且0∶10组效果最好。Objective To study the effects of different compatibility of Paeonia lactiflora polysaccharide and total glucosides of Paeonia lactiflora on subacute alcohol liver injury in mice.Methods 140 healthy Kunming mice,18~22 g,were divided into 14 groups:blank group,model group,positive drug group,compatibility group of Paeonia lactiflora polysaccharide and total glycosides(0∶10,1∶9,2∶8,3∶7,4∶6,5∶5,6∶4,7∶3,8∶2,9∶1,10∶0).10 mice in each group were gavaged with a certain amount.The positive drug group was gavaged with silymarin tablets 200 mg/kg.The model group,positive drug group and the administration group were given 30%ethanol by gavage 14 days before the end of the experiment.Blood was collected from abdominal aorta and liver tissue was taken.The contents of cholesterol(TC),total bilirubin(TBil),low density lipoprotein(LDL)in serum and histopathological examination were measured.Results Different compatibility groups of Paeonia lactiflora polysaccharide and total glucosides of Paeonia lactiflora could reduce the contents of TC,TBil and LDL in serum.The pathological results showed that the inflammatory infiltration and steatosis of each matching group were reduced in varying degrees,and the effect of 0∶10 group was the best.Conclusion Different ratios of Paeonia lactiflora polysaccharide and total glucosides of Paeonia lactiflora can reduce subacute alcohol liver injury in mice,and the effect of 0∶10 group is the best.
