一例普拉克索停药反应的病例分析

摘　　要：目的通过对1例老年帕金森患者在治疗过程中突然停用普拉克索后出现头晕、呕吐症状进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法分析案例,并通过检索国内外文献,确定普拉克索停药反应的可能表现。结果普拉克索突然停药后可能会出现神经阻滞剂恶性综合征,其为少见但危及生命的一种病征,需特别注意。结论普拉克索在停药时一定要密切监测,并做到减量渐停。Objective To analyze the symptoms of dizziness and vomiting in an elderly patient with Parkinson's disease who suddenly stopped pramipexole during treatment,and to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods The cases were analyzed and the possible manifestations of withdrawal reaction of pramipexole were determined by searching domestic and foreign literature.Results The sudden withdrawal of pramipexole may cause neuroleptic malignant syndrome,which is a rare but life-threatening symptom and needs special attention.Conclusion Pramipexole should be monitored closely during drug withdrawal and tapering should be done.
