摘　　要：目的收集分析与总结苏州第九人民医院门诊药物咨询数据,为进一步改进药物咨询服务、提升药学服务质量以及促进患者合理用药提供依据。方法对在2021年1月~12月药物咨询门诊629例药学专业问题进行分类统计,分析咨询人员的结构、咨询的内容以及咨询的药物类别等相关信息。结果629例咨询人员以女性患者为主,占比68.4%;主要咨询对象为患者及家属为主,占比90.9%;其中中老年患者(40~70岁)咨询用药更为普遍,占比87.6%。咨询的专业问题中,占比前三的问题分别为药物的用法用量、不良反应、注意事项等。在咨询的药物中,心血管药物、抗感染药物以及消化系统药物排名前三。结论药物咨询服务是医院药学服务的一个重要分支,医院应进一步提高药物咨询人员的专业技术素养,构建一套合理的药物咨询服务评价体系,提升药学服务质量,促进合理用药。Objective To analyze and summarize the data of outpatient drug consultation in Suzhou Ninth People's Hospital,and to provide evidence for further improving drug consultation services,improving the quality of pharmaceutical care and promoting rational drug use in patients.Methods A total of 629 cases of pharmacy problems in the drug consultation outpatient department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were classified and statistically analyzed,and related information such as the way of structural consultation and the content of consultation were analyzed.Results The majority of 629 patients were female,accounting for 68.4%.The main subjects of consultation were patients and their families,accounting for 91%;among them,consulting drug use was more common in middle-aged and elderly patients(40~70 years old),accounting for 87.6%.Among the professional questions consulted,the top three were the usage and dosage of drugs,adverse reactions,precautions and other major factors.Cardiovascular drugs,anti-infective drugs and digestive drugs were the top three drugs consulted.Conclusion Drug counseling service is an important branch of hospital pharmaceutical care.Hospitals should further improve the professional and technical literacy of drug counseling personnel,build a reasonable evaluation system of drug counseling service,improve the quality of pharmaceutical care,and promote rational drug use.
