摘 要:针对双点接触内啮合齿轮传动副齿面接触问题,提出双点接触内啮合齿轮传动副齿面成型方法;基于Hertz接触理论,建立共轭齿面瞬时接触椭圆数学模型,推导了齿面接触迹线求解方程;利用数值分析方法计算双点接触内啮合齿轮传动副齿面接触椭圆面积,探究了齿轮副基本参数以及齿廓参数对接触椭圆的影响规律;利用有限元分析方法,对比了单点接触齿轮与双点接触齿轮的接触椭圆面积和齿面接触应力。研究结果表明,合理选取齿廓接触夹角、名义压力角、法向模数和螺旋角参数,能够实现对齿面接触区域位置和大小的有效控制;在基本参数相同的情况下,双点接触比单点接触接触区域面积大,接触应力小。相关研究对于提高新型内啮合齿轮传动副的接触特性和力学性能具有重要的理论意义和参考价值。Aiming at the tooth profile contact problem of internal meshing gear transmission pairs with double contact points,the generation method of tooth profiles of the internal meshing gear transmission pair with double contact points is present.Based on Hertz contact theory,the mathematical model of instantaneous contact ellipse of tooth profiles is established and the equations of contact trajectory are also derived.The contact ellipse area of tooth surfaces of the gear pair with double contact points is solved by the numerical analysis method,and the influences of the design and tooth profiles parameters on the contact ellipse are discussed.Using the finite element analysis method,the contact ellipse area and tooth surface contact stress of the internal meshing gear pair with single contact point and double contact points are compared.The research conclusions show that the contact area location and size can be effectively controlled by selecting the suitable contact angle,nominal pressure angle,normal modulus and spiral angle.Under the same parameters,the contact area with double contact points is larger than that of a single contact point,and the contact stress is smaller.The relevant research has important theoretical significance and reference values for improving the contact characteristics and mechanical properties of the new internal meshing gear transmission.
